Shown ar designs and prototypes for optical modules resulting from the KM3NeT Design Study. You are free to use these images, provided you mention the source of them as follows: "Propriety KM3NeT Consortium".- Optical Modules Three different designs for optical modules for KM3NeT have been developed during the Design Study. A "traditional" one with a single 8 inch PMT inside a 13 inch glass sphere and two innovative ones: one with two 8 inch PMTs in a capsule shaped glass sphere, the other with 31 3 inch PMTs in a 17 inch glass sphere.
