The KM3NeT Early Career Scientists (ECS) is a community within the collaboration which brings together PhD students, postdocs, as well as other early-career researchers. The goal of this community is to support young scientists in their academic and professional development, foster collaborations and provide a platform for discussion and inclusion.
What we do:

Community building: We organize meetings and social events to provide a way for early-career scientists to connect, collaborate and exchange experiences.

Career development: We provide resources and mentorship opportunities to offer academic growth within our collaboration.

Representation: The ECS group has two representatives in the KM3NeT Institute Board, this ensures the voices of early-career scientists are heard and taken into account in decision-making processes.
