Manage and communicate about the KM3NeT-INFRADEV2 results

 

The first work package of KM3NeT-INFRADEV2 was dedicated to the management, coordination and communication of the project.  It aimed to improve the governance and running of INFRADEV2, in liaison with the KM3NeT Collaboration and the European institutions, as well as to ensure the visibility of the results and impacts of the project.

WP1 was in charge of the organisation of INFRADEV2 events, such as the Kick-off and Closure meetings, and the drafting of the Dissemination and Exploitation Plan.

The activities of WP1 were coordinated by Paschal Coyle, Centre National de la Recherche Scientifique (CNRS, France). The CNRS team ensured its implementation throughout the duration of the project, in particular by drafting communication and dissemination materials and setting-up related activities. These materials produced are published on this webpage, along with the associated deliverables.
